How long until i see results?

The time it takes to see results will vary from person to person depending on factors such as skin type, tanning experience and UV exposure.

Can I stock your products?

Do I have to pay custom fees?

Unfortunately M Tans is unable to advise on what custom charges will apply to ROI and international orders. Any custom charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All custom charges are payable by the customer and will not be covered by M Tans

will I receive my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. Please check that your confirmation email hasn’t ended up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us.

I have received a faulty item or an item is missing from my order?

We advise all customers to check their order once received to ensure their order is correct. We ask for you to contact our customer service within 24-48 hours of receiving your order for any enquiries. For any faulty items, please include photos/videos showing the fault to help us assist you quicker. we will try fix the problem

Can i cancel my order?

Orders are able to be cancelled up until they are shipped. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once their order has shipped.

I haven't received my order?

For all missing orders, please contact us via email informing us of all order information. An investigation will then be raised, this investigation can take up to seven working days to gather a response. Until a response has been provided we are unable to send a replacement or refund.

What is your returns policy?

Some items are not eligible for a return due to hygiene and safety reasons. If your want to find out if your item is eligible for a return, please contact us.. Please note the return/shipping cost is at the buyers expense. Once returned to our office the item will be inspected to ensure it has not been used or opened, following this a refund will be processed minus the delivery fee.

Do you refund delivery charges?

Unfortunately we do not refund delivery or return charges on any orders.
